Ignore the front entirely
Words like advanced, clinical strength, pro and ultra have no regulatory definition. They tell you nothing about what is inside.
Find the supplement facts panel
Every ingredient and its quantity per serving must be listed. If a quantity is missing, that is your answer about the product.
Watch for proprietary blends
A proprietary blend lists several ingredients under one combined weight. It lets a brand include a trace of the expensive ingredient and fill the rest with the cheap one. Avoid them.
Check the serving size
A label showing impressive numbers per serving where the serving is four tablets means a 60-tablet bottle lasts fifteen days, not sixty.
Look for the licence and the testing
In India, look for an FSSAI licence number. Then look for third-party testing. A brand that tests will say so, because it costs them money and they want credit for it.
