What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. When you pay, the transaction is handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your card details. If you subscribe to the newsletter we store only your email address.

Why we collect it

To fulfil and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, to handle returns and refunds, and — only if you have opted in — to send you our fortnightly newsletter. We do not use your data for anything else.

Who we share it with

Our courier partner receives your name, address and phone number so they can deliver. Our payment processor receives what it needs to take payment. Our email provider stores your address if you subscribed. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to anyone, ever.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your basket working between pages, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages people read. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, as required by Indian tax law. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within thirty days.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled servers. No system is perfect, and if a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly rather than quietly.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will note the date at the top and, for significant changes, email subscribers.
